Duties for this position entail (Note: not all inclusive):
-The objective of this position is to manage the projects, interface with the customer and ensure full contract compliance with all operational aspects of the contract. -This position oversees the day to day operational activities and functions for assigned contracts. -Use problem-solving skills to handle unexpected obstacles, present viable solution alternatives while maintaining consistent effective feedback internally, and as appropriate, externally. -Consistently demonstrate understanding of technical and business acumen and translate this to staff and team. -Work collaboratively with Vice President of West Coast Operations to foster organizational growth and operational excellence by establishing and enforcing best practices. -Maintain effective long term relationships with clients, and help to establish relationships between clients, Project Managers, and Senior TCA/TCMP leadership.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor Degree
-Masters Degree is a plus
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Computer literacy in office software products.
-Effective multi-tasking skills
-Self-starter, with aptitude to learn new skills quickly
-Experience in a high volume work environment with healthcare responsibility is a plus.
