Contracts Administrative Services Support at Malcolm Grow Medical Center, Andrews AFB, MD. This position requires:
Duties include, but are not all inclusive:
· Create and maintain a six part contract management folder no later than 2 days after receipt of a contract from the contracting office. · Serve as liaison between the medical treatment facility customers and contractors, AFDW commodity council and the contracting office to obtain information and resolve issues. · Coordinate with contracting office and contractors to document status of and track dates of employment for contracted employees within the military treatment facility (MTF)
High School Diploma or GED equivalency
At least 4 years experience in Medical Logistics
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures
Proficient in Microsoft office software. Able to use various programs, such as word and excel.
